I LOVE the product and the color it produces. It's the nearest to my natural color that I have ever found. The brand seems to be as good for my hair as color can be. I've been using this shade for the past few years. However, I cannot find #415 in the stores at all anymore, hence the online purchase. (In fact I have the feeling the entire "100% color" line is gone.)
When I received the boxes, the product boxes were in pretty good condition. The crumbles could have been from shipping. What concerned me was that three of the four boxes said "New Shade". Hmmmm... how old is this product? What is the shelf life of hair color?
My "bad" that I did not contact the seller immediately with my concerns but I'm in the middle of starting a new job and moving at the same time.
It was well past time to "do" my hair so I thought I would try it. The "creme" was hardly a creme. It was almost runny. The good news is that it didn't burn my head or hair so I guess it's ok. I am wondering, though about using the other three boxes. I'm just disappointed that the product is so very old and was not said to be.
